It's good that you can use it while charging.
In a situation where many handheld fans cannot be used until they are recharged after running out of battery, this is a significant advantage. Even at the lowest output, the airflow is quite strong, and the cooling plate functions well. It's a bit heavy and it's a shame that you can't lock it in place halfway through angle adjustments, but even taking that into account, I think it's a pretty good product that's worth the price.
